Bruins Black take 2 to 1 series lead with game 3 victory.

Each team would score 3 times in the first period with Drayden Uhrina scoring twins and  Kingston Gunn scoring for the Bruins while Myles Beatty, Cole Hunter and Grady McNish replying for Yellowhead.

Kingston Gunn would complete his hattrick by score twice in the second period to give the Bruins a 5 to 3 lead after 40 minutes.

Kingston Gunn would add his fourth of the game when he score on the powerplay late in the third period to make the final Bruins 6 Yellowhead 3.
 

With the victory the Bruins take a 2 to 1 lead in the best of 5 series.

Wild Red 4 Wild Green 3

February 18 2023 - Winnipeg MB

After a scoreless first period the Wild Red would get on the board first on a goal by Declan Siwicki. The lead would hold up for just over a minute when Luca Pura scored to tie the game.  Trey Taylor would score the last goal of the period to give the Wild Red a 2 to 1 lead after 20 minutes.

The third period would see each team score twice with Carter Kingerski scoring twice for the Wild Red and Anthony Bedard and Julian Fedora replying for the Wild Green.  The 2 goals from Kingerski gave the Wild Red the win and a 2 to 0 series lead.
