Wild Green earns 12 win with victory over Bruins Black

January 17 2022 - Winnipeg MB

Julian Fedora opened the scoring to give the Wild a 1 to 0 lead.  Shea Rollason scored to tie the game at 1.  The Wild would retake the lead on a goal from Carter Kjartanson and go into the second period up 2 to 1.

Shae Guarino extended the Wild lead to 2 by scoring 17 seconds into the period.  Jack Plett would get that one back 7 seconds later to make the score 3 to 2 for the Wild. Connor Zuk would restore the 2 goal lead however Ethan Morris would get it back making the score Wild 4 Bruins 3 heading into the third.

Shae Guarino scored his second goal of the game in the third to make the final Wild 5 Bruins 3.

Antonio Correia scores 4 to help Bruins to an 8 to 0 victory.

Bruins Black 8 Thrashers White 0 - Bruins Black lead series 1 to 0.

February 15 2024 - Winnipeg MB

Jaxon Dean opened the first period scoring to give the Bruins a 1 to 0 lead.  Antonio Correia would score 5 minutes later to increase the lead to 2 to 0 after 20 minutes of play.

The second period would see Antonio Correia score 2 times, to complete the hattrick, and Ehtan Walterson would add a single to extend the Bruins lead to 5 to 0 after two periods of play.

Ethan Walterson would score his second of the game, Antonio Correia would add his 4th and Adriano Cotroneo would add a single to make the final Bruins Black 8 Thrashers White 1.

Sawyer Henkelman would stop all 13 shots he faced to record the shutout.

With the victory the Bruins Black take a 1 to 0 series lead in the best of five first round series.

Bruins Gold 9 Wild Green 1 - Bruins Gold lead series 1 to 0.

February 15 2024 - Winnipeg MB

The first period would see Mateo Ferreira and Tyden Lafournaise score to give the Bruins a 2 to 0 lead after 20 minutes of play.

The second period would have the Bruins outscore the Wild by a count of 6 to 1 to take a commanding 8 to 1 lead head into the last period.  Crewe Chimnowski would score 2, Tyden Lafournaise (2nd of the game), Trevor Toyne,Efrem Wolitski and Mateo Ferreira where the Bruins goal scores while Atticus Cruz replied for the Wild.

Tyden Lafournaise would complete his hattrick when he scored the loan goal of the third period to make the final Bruins Gold 9 Wild Green 1.

With the victory the Bruins Gold take a 1 to 0 series lead.

Brandon wins third in a row.

October 6 2023 - Winnipeg MB

Brandon would get first period goals from Ty Aldcroft and Kevin Knee to take a 2 to 0 lead after 20 minutes.

Easten Turko would extend the Brandon lead to 3 to 0 when he opened the second period scoring.  Sam Lazaruk would get the Thrashers on the board to cut the lead to 3 to 1. Crew Elder would score to restore the Brandon lead to 4 to 1 heading into the third.

Dixon Hartwich would score twice in the third period to get the Thrashers to within 1 however they could not score the equalizer making the final Brandon 4 Thrashers Blue 3. 

Logan German backstops Bruins Gold to victory

February 9 2024 - Winnipeg MB

Crewe Schimnowski and Aidan Sitarz scored first period goals to give the Bruins a 2 to 0 lead after 20 minutes of play.

Joel Vermette and Tyden Lafournaise extended the Bruins lead to 4 to 0 after two periods.

The third period would see both teams shutout making the final Bruins Gold 4 Wild Gold 0.

Logan German stopped all 22 shots he faced to record his 6th shutout of the season.
