5 goal first period give Wild Gold 10th win of season

November 28 2021 - Winnipeg MB

First period goals by Oliver Chenier (2 goals), Cody Farrell, William Marceus and Mason Munday gave the Wild Gold a 5 to 0 lead after 20 minutes.

The Thrashers would get second period goals from Rohan Guevarra and Ben Brambilla to cut the deficit going into the third period.  Wyatt Gallagher scored for the Wild.

The teams would exchange goals in the third with Rohan Guevarra (2nd of the game) scoring for the Thrashers and Oliver Chenier (2nd of the game) for the Wild.

The final score was Wild Gold 7 Thrashers Gold 3.

Wild Gold go into break with a win.

Wild Gold 7 Bruins Black 1

December 23 2021 - Winnipeg MB

Oliver Chenier 3 consecutive goals in the third period along with William Marceous 2 goals led Wild Gold to a 7 to 1 victor over Bruins Black.

Gino Cotroneo and Mason Munday scored the other 2 goals for the Wild while Karsten Woloshen scored the loan goal for the Bruins.

Brandon 9 Wild Gold 6

December 18 2021 - Winnipeg MB

Brandon took a 4 to 2 lead after the first period on goals from Brady Turko, Tate Bercier, Colton Worthington and Jaxon Jacobson.  Jonah Vanderhorst and Oliver Chenier scored for the Wild.

Brandon would continue to lead be a goal after 40 minutes despite being out scored 3 to 2.  Gino Cotroneo scored twice and Oliver Chenier scored his second of the game to account for the Wild goals.  Brady Turko scored his second and Cole Temple added one for the Brandon goals.

Brandon would put the game away on goals from Easton Odut, Cole Temple's second of the game and Colton Worthington who also got his second.  Mason Munday scored in the final seconds for the game to make the final Brandon 9 Wild 6

Southwest heads into holiday break with a win

Southwest 5 Thrashers White 0

December 18 2021 - Hartney MB

Avery Samels scored 2 goals in the first period and the first goal of the third to lead Southwest to a shutout victor over the Thrashers White.

Tyson Draper and Bryan Laing scored the other Southwest goals while  Micky Gross turned aside all 26 thrashers shots to record the 5 to 0 shutout.


Brandon remains perfect with 20th win

Brandon 12 Pembina Valley 4

December 17 2021 - Brandon MB

Brandon got a 3 goal performance from Cole Temple, 2 goals from Jaxon Jacobson and Colton Worthington and singles from Spence Mott, Loughlan McMullan, Roan Michalchuk and Easton Odut to defeat Pembina Valley by a 12 to 4 score.

Layne Schofield scored twice and Haiden Friesen and Vasko added singles for Pembina Valley.
